Kamagra is a generic form of the popular erectile dysfunction drug, Cenforce. The generic version contains sildenafil citrate which is the main ingredient in Cenforce. What does it look like?

How does it work?

Sildenafil citrate works to restrict the activity of an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type (PDE5). This enzyme is found in the penile region.
